Chris’ presentations now also include a self-assessment instrument to help program participants focus on individual learning needs.

Chris also speaks on leadership topics including Coaching and Intentional Change, Positive Psychology and Well-Being, and Leading Organizational Change. He has designed and delivered leadership programs for executives in China; conducted custom management training in Thailand; served as an instructor and team coach in the U.S. and the Middle East; addressed a thought-leaders conference in Chamonix, France; conducted a strategy session and retreat for the senior management team of the University of Monterrey, Mexico; and crafted a leadership development workshop for engineers and product designers at  Össur Corporation, Reykjavik, Iceland. Chris has also addressed a gathering of high-altitude mountain guides in the French Alps, and a group of expert expedition guides in Antarctica. He has led sessions with a wide variety of professional groups across the U.S., including physicians and surgeons, K-12 teachers, school district business officials and administrators, university alumni relations groups, global government and public affairs executives, manufacturing executives, corporate executive teams, state government officials, securities industry professionals, and medical product marketing specialists.
