With lessons learned from a decade of traveling with world-class mountain guides in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Peru, Patagonia, Nepal, and Iceland, Chris's presentation To Be a Better Leader, Lead Like a Guide will change how you think about leading in your own organization.  Through stunning visuals, engaging stories, and interactive exercises, this presentation will help you master the six leadership strengths of guides, examine how you can lead like a guide in your own work environment, and inspire you to reach your personal and professional summits.

Chris also speaks on Leading Organizational Change and the Power of Positive Psychology.  His most recent international engagements have included speaking to business groups on leadership topics in Chengdu, China and Bangkok, Thailand; addressing a thought-leaders conference in Chamonix, France; conducting a strategy session and retreat for the senior management team of the University of Monterrey, Mexico; and crafting a leadership development workshop for engineers and product designers at  Össur Corporation, Reykjavik, Iceland.  In 2018 he also addressed a gathering of high-altitude mountain guides in Chamonix, France, and a group of expert expedition guides in Antarctica.
